Job Description

1. Responsible for the whole life cycle management of corporate data governance planning, design, implementation and application. 负责公司数据治理规划、设计、实施、应用的全生命周期管理
2. Support the data needs of the business department, collect and sort out the data needs of all stakeholders, and design the data management / governance solution according to the data application. 支持业务部门数据需求，收集整理各方数据需求，根据数据应用输出数据管理/治理方案
3. Work out the planning of basic data assets management principles, improve the data management standards, management systems, supervision and assessment methods, and establish, publish and maintain corresponding standardized documents. 梳理规划基础资料管理制度，完善基础资料管理标准、管理制度、监督考核办法，建立、发布和维护相应的标准化文件
4. Responsible for formulating metadata, data quality, data security and other data standards and specifications. 负责制定元数据、数据质量、数据安全等数据标准和规范
5. Responsible for the organization, promotion, implementation management and online release of the corporate internal data projects. 负责公司内部数据项目的组织、推广、实施管理和在线发布
6. Responsible for the team building and personnel management of the data management department. 负责数据管理部的组织建设、团队建设和人员管理

• Bachelor degree or above, Major in Computer Science / automotive / mathematics or statistics is preferred. 本科或以上学历，计算机科学/汽车/数学或统计学专业优先
• Familiar with any data management / governance model such as DAMA and DMM, know how to improve the data stability, cost, security and usability through data governance methodologies. 熟悉DAMA、DMM等任意一项数据管理/治理体系，了解如何通过治理手段提高数据系统的稳定性、成本、安全性和易用性
• Have at least 5 years experience in master data and data governance projects. Deeply understand the value of data governance, and have an in-depth understanding of data standards, master data management and data governance. 拥有5年以上主数据和数据治理工作经验，深刻理解数据治理的价值， 并对数据标准、主数据管理和数据治理有深入了解
• Project experience in data warehouse / data lake is preferred. 熟悉数据仓库/数据湖等优先；有汽车行业数据治理建设经验者优先
• Experience in data management in automotive industry is preferred.
• Have team management skills. 有团队管理能力

• Good communication skills inside and outside the team; 良好的数据治理技能和逻辑思维
• Strong coordination ability to actively drive project implementation;良好的团队内外沟通技巧
• Strong sense of responsibility, calm personality, accustomed to thinking from the long-term and overall situation. 协调能力强，积极推动项目实施；责任心强，性格沉稳，习惯于从长远和全局出发思考
• Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills. 良好的英语听说读写能力

• Have sufficient sensitivity and sense of mission for data management and governance. 对数据管理和治理有足够的敏感度和使命感
• Accept challenges and changes, have strong learning and thinking ability, and be able sense root causes of problems. 接受挑战和变化，具有较强的学习和思考能力，通过表象看到问题的本质和根本原因
• Self-motivated and able to take the initiative when needed. 自我激励，并能在需要时采取主动
