Job Description

1. Write the product plan according to the company's strategic plan and define the product strategy and roadmap in combination with the market trend. 根据公司战略规划撰写产品规划并结合市场趋势定义产品策略、路线图；
2. Cooperate with the business operation Department to analyze users' data and behavior habits, discover new functions, generate demand function documents, and participate in the review of product function requirements. 配合业务运营部门，分析用户的数据和行为习惯，挖掘新功能，生成需求功能文档，参与产品功能需求评审；
3. Translate requirements into user stories, develop functional standards, and perform functional verification. 将需求转换为用户故事，并制定功能标准，执行功能验证；
4. Manage and maintain the team's backlog, and define the iteration period, user story and increment of each iteration with the team. 管理和维护团队的backlog，和团队一起定义迭代期、用户故事和每次的迭代增量；
5. Communicate effectively with Scrum team to ensure that the results meet business needs; Be responsible for coordinating with developer and UI to ensure that each department accurately understand the product demand. 和Scrum团队有效沟通，确保成果符合需求；负责协调与技术、设计等人员的沟通，确保各个部门对产品需求准确分析并合理安排；
6. Maintain effective communication with users and all cross departmental stakeholders, and manage users' needs, expectations and other requirements. 和用户和所有跨部门的stakeholders保持有效沟通，管理用户的需求期望和其他要求；
7. Follow up and report on product progress. 产品进度跟进和汇报；
8. Provide optimization solutions to improve user experience according to the company's business development plan, customer needs and daily data operation and monitoring. 根据公司业务发展规划、客户需求和日常数据运营和监控，分析提出优化方案，提升用户体验。

• Bachelor's degree or above in computer related major is preferred. 计算机相关专业本科以上学历优先；
• 4~7 years of product manager experience, especially app and applet projects related to vehicle sales and after-sales service, and complete at least two complete projects. 4~7年产品经理经验，尤其是整车销售、售后服务相关的APP和小程序项目， 至少完成两个完整的项目；
• Rich experience in product prototype design and experience design; Proficient in product planning process. 具有丰富的产品原型设计和体验设计经验；精通产品规划过程；
• Experience with CDP, data lake will be preferred. 具有CDP，数据湖，数据中台应用等经验者优先

• Have good aesthetics, be able to participate in the review of UI/UX design and put forward improvement suggestions. 有良好的审美观，能够参与评审界面设计、视觉设计工作并提出改进意见；
• Have good product sense and vision and have sufficient sensitivity and knowledge on product form and design trend of Internet industry and automobile industry. 具备良好的产品触觉和视野，对互联网行业和汽车行业的产品形态和设计趋势有充分的敏感度和分析研究；
• Familiar with software like Office, JIRA, Visio, Axure, Sketch…etc. 熟练使用Office、JIRA、Visio、Axure、Sketch等软件；
• Good requirements understanding and product management skills. 良好的需求理解能力和产品管理能力
• Good requirements document writing ability, logical thinking ability and language expression ability, and have a comprehensive understanding of business process and system implementation. 良好的需求文档编写能力、逻辑思维能力和语言表达能力，对业务流程和系统实现有全面认识
