Maintain the safety stock and inventory under budget, satisfy the demands of production with stable schedule

在ERP系统中设立物料的安全库存

Maintain in ERP safety stock for components

根据客户更新的计划，相应调整和控制库存，并对库存准确率进行分析

Material inventory analysis and control basing on customer’s updated schedule

根据ERP的运行结果，更新供应商的送货计划,并负责每周向供应商发布滚动预测和定单

Update deliveries schedule after running ERP, release the rolling purchasing schedule to suppliers every week.

负责追踪到货,并评估和监督供应商的供货表现

Tracing and maintain suppliers deliveries, and review and monitor the supplier’s delivery performance

处理部分ERP数据录入工作

Handing some data maintain in ERP

与物料主管和内部客户进行有效的，及时的沟通

Ensure transparent timely communication with material supervisor and internal customers

Participate with supervisory colleagues to improvement of department performance

参与物流部5分钟晨会，汇报物料状况和供应商状况

Participate to logistic Top 5 and report material situation and supplier performance, successes and issues as well as action initiated.

参与工厂数字化项目物流相关项的启动、准备工作

Participate DT Plant project and organize PC&L related launch work

参与工厂项目物流，跟踪供应商项目零件到货情况

Participate new program logistic, follow up the delivery status for new program parts.

新项目物流主数据维护，佛吉亚相关系统维护并培训供应商

Maintain the Material Master in SAP, and other Faurecia related system to make sure supplier implementation.

最低任职资格：

大专及以上学历 Bachelor Degree or above in any major

1年以上物流相关经验 1years working experience in Logistics.

Excel, Word等办公软件的使用 Use Excel, Word Officer software

MRP (物料生产计划)的逻辑理解 MRP logistic understanding

BOM 的了解 BOM understanding

库存分析能力 inventory analysis
