Manager FP&A Commercial Finance

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
This position manages the budget, forecast, reporting and analysis processes for the Channel in China. The cornerstone activity of this role is to lead planning and analytics in alignment with market defined processes and timelines. The role also leads the team to provide business managers with timely, accurate and insightful reporting and analysis, which supports them in their business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Serves as the finance business partner for Channel Drives budget process, reporting and forecast process Develops and reports key KPIs for ad-hoc, short- and long-term planning in line with local requirements and global standards Ensures company adherence to reporting, planning and other controls in line with policy and audit requirements Collaborates with the Global Business Services (Dalian) and locally-retained Finance Operations team on reporting, analysis, planning and internal control & audit requirement Collaborates with HQ Finance teams for regular reporting, analysis, planning and other ad-hoc initiativesKey Relationships:

Excellent analytical skills to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions Experience to execute scenario planning and investment case analysisRequisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
Advanced degree or qualification in Finance, Economics or Accounting Solid Financial Planning & Analysis skills and experience Familiarity with SAP and other relevant industry Finance systems/analytical software a plus 3-5 years financial planning & analysis or related experience with progressive responsibility in industry leading companiesWe have other current jobs related to this field that you can find below
