This opportunity is a replacement position located in Shanghai for the LSC FP&A team. The selected individual will play a key role in driving actions related to top-line performance by engaging with the commercial and operations teams. They will act as the main point of contact, offering support to the local commercial team, preparing MBR presentations, conducting in-depth financial analysis, and facilitating communication with the global BU. The role also involves building assumption models and ensuring alignment on top-line targets between the commercial/China management team and the global finance team.

  • Essential Job Functions and Accountabilities:
  • Prepare a weekly rolling revenue forecast template for each product line, collaborating with the CSR and commercial teams to identify risks and opportunities
  • Act as a business partner, providing financial support to the commercial and global finance teams, and driving communication and alignment with the global BU finance leader
  • Develop monthly business review presentations
  • Manage and track channel inventory
  • Analyze backlog and B2B conversion trends
  • Provide coaching to junior team members
  • Handle ad hoc tasks

Educational Qualifications:

  • Hold a college degree or higher, with a major in Accounting or related Finance field

Experience Qualifications:

  • Have over 7 years of relevant work experience in a multinational company
  • Possess a solid understanding of financial analysis and reporting
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills and a history of accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Preferably hold a CPA/ACCA/CMA certification
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal skills and proactive communication abilities
  • Be fluent in English and Excel proficient
  • Experience with SAP/Hyperion/CMR is advantageous
  • Display a willingness to learn and develop professionally
