The position is responsible for the entire accounting process of the group, group consolidatio, management reporting delivery and Business FP&A.

This role need to have mutiple task management skills.

Description

  • Ensure timely, accurate and concise submission of financial results, coordinate and manage the budget/forecast process, manage the year end and interim process, be the first point of contact for external auditors for issues relating to China Group
  • Provide objective, accurate, timely, and actionable financial data and insights to operating companies and global team
  • Take ownership of China Group financial framework, defining process, policies and procedures, designed to identify and manage financial risks, corporate and local regulatory filings and maintain and develop effective systems and controls to safeguard assets whilst maximizing returns
  • Excellent analytical mind and rational decision-making skills to provide value added financial analysis and input to various functions and management on a proactive basis
  • Strong business acumen and excellence in business partnering to support operating company growth by actively participate different projects to provide financial insights, solutions and decisions, deep dive into business and close connecting with stakeholders
  • Work independently with internal and external stakeholders to ensure full compliance with China statutory requirements, manage tax exposures risks and controls, optimize the tax charge through appropriate planning
  • Ensure business related activities / transactions are in line with worldwide procedures and internal control requirement
  • Be responsible for contract review for China head office and China Group, and in line with group procedures for such, application of seals.
  • Cash management to monitor operating cash flow, as well as the cash flow forecast
  • Lead and develop China Group finance team
  • A key finance member in M&A process such as Due Diligence, Sales and Purchase Agreement, Deal Closing and Post M&A integration.
  • Other tasks to support business needs

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting or relevant discipline
  • Over 10 years' experience in finance and accounting related areas with a focus on business analytics and solid accounting / financial analysis experience
  • Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word and data management skill
  • Fluent in English (written and oral)
  • Multinational experience preferred
