Join us as Financa Manager for Robotics and Discrete Automation Business Area in Shanghai,China,where you will be acting as a business partner to a senior business manager to drive business strategy and optimizing financial performance within an assigned business area / division.

You will be acting as a business partner to a senior business manager to drive business strategy and optimize financial performance within an assigned business area / division. Lead local accounting, finance analyst, Information systems and sourcing teams to optimize business performance. Supports effective business decisions by monitoring, analyzing, and interpreting financial data to evaluate various business alternatives and recommend the most appropriate business solutions.

Your responsibilities
  • Leading financial strategic analysis for the business unit under scope and serving as the key strategic partner for the relevant business leader to drive strategy development and implementation
  • Translating strategy into business plans and establishing measurable targets.Overseeing the business planning and forecasting process for their area of responsibility
  • Identifying issues, if any, and advising the management on action plans and operational strategies to resolve
  • Driving appropriate cost structure, productivity optimization, and capital efficiency
  • Ensuring timely and efficient communication with relevant internal customers to identify and discuss issues for improvement of operations, work quality, and efficiency for their area of responsibility
  • Supporting internal and external audits and signing off assurance letter for their area of responsibility, as applicable
  • Establishing and overseeing processes and tools necessary to obtain transparent and reliable financial data and business information
  • Ensuring high quality of financial data and business information, in line with defined standards and financial closing schedules
Your background
  • Bachelor degree or above with minimum 10 years of experince in the similar field
  • Experince in Financial Analysis and Performance Management,Operational Excellence,Risk Management and Internal Controls
  • Good Communication Skills both Oral and written
