工作总结:

征求技术经理、项目主管、其他产品及制造工程师及供应商合作伙伴等利益相关方的意见，以提供促成优质产品决策的信息及建议。
运用学术知识和现有经验来采取行动并做出决策，推进项目进程，而不会牺牲项目质量期望。该等决策示例包括对于提高质量乃属必要的日常项目细节、分析或测试工作指导细节、跨专业领域协调。
随着在该职位上获得经验，为技术复杂度和不明确性增加的中等复杂的组件、产品、系统、子系统或服务制定问题解决方案。
独立执行既定工作流程和系统，同时发展技术或产品知识；参与系统和流程改进。
参与基本的直接人事管理，但可能参与协调和指导技术人员和/或临时学生工之间的工作。

Qualifications
Critical Responsibilities ：
Uses prescribed and innovative methods and works with limited guidance.
Apply specialized knowledge of engineering principles and practice to assigned tasks for product validations.
Work closely with product engineer and stake holders to make sure test plan well prepared and executed, to provide timely and high-quality deliveries.
Verifies design analysis and/or functional testing, interprets results, drives decisions and risk assessment. Applies engineering and/or scientific skills and continues to develop experience in creating engineering solutions.
Education Background ：
985 or 211 Master of Science or equivalent degree in engineering required. major in internal combustion engine / thermal energy and power engineering / mechanics / automobile engineering, mechanics. Masters degree is preferred but also can accept outstanding graduates with bachelors degree.
Language Skills ：
Good Chinese / English written communication and express skill. Good oral English skill.
Other requirement：
Self-confidence, resist compression, team spirit
Responsibilities
技能:

产品开发执行、监控和控制 - 计划、安排、协调和执行涉及开发产品以相应地满足需求层次和技术概况的活动；监控并进行跨职能边界的沟通，以满足项目资源和质量预期；确保产品能力达到或超过预期，并在项目风险高于预期时采取缓解措施；了解完整的产品生命周期过程和利益相关者。
避免产品故障模式 - 通过识别接口、功能、功能要求、交互作用、控制因素、噪音因素以及优先化涉及系统的潜在故障模式和潜在故障原因，有效地提高康明斯产品的可靠性，从而减少潜在的产品故障模式。
产品功能建模、模拟与分析 - 通过使用和/或解释计算工具和方法，预测相对于系统、子系统和/或零件级需求的产品功能能力，影响产品设计决策。

系统要求工程 - 利用适当的方法和工具将利益相关方的需求转化为开发设计的可验证需求；通过分析、分配和协商确定涉及系统的验收标准；跟踪整个系统生命周期中的要求状态；评估系统要求变化对项目范围、进度和资源的影响；创建并维护关联相关工件的信息。
