1) 协同研发中心内部各职能部门以及项目团队，设计开发座椅发泡；
2)负责座椅发泡零件性能评估、校核、方案制定、相关技术文件编制等工作；
3)负责完成可行性分析、结构设计，3D和2D模型数据的创建和优化；
4)与供应商沟通发泡产品工业化可行性，并制定解决方案；
5) 制订详细技术方案，组织评审，推进3D/2D数据规范化及系统录入；
6) 建立并管理BOM，ECR，DFMEA及其它设计开发过程文件；
7) 跟踪解决项目期间外观、耐久、舒适性反馈等问题；
8) 利用佛吉亚各系统工具，保障日常设计开发工作的有效输出；
9) 执行公司各内控规定，督促团队贯彻公司道德规范，管理规范；学历：
本科及以上学历，机械设计及相关专业
知识和技能：
3年以下座椅发泡设计经验；
了解发泡产品物性和产品特点，具有从设计到批量生产的工作经验；
熟练运用CATIA V5及其它办公软件, 能够熟练的创建3D模型，熟悉GD&T；
能够用英语书写邮件和技术方案；
严谨的问题分析与总结能力，主动学习新的知识和技能
