Role Definition: Performs basic activities to assist in the manufacture and assembly of various products per established facility processes including set-up, calibration, testing, maintenance, and production operation.

JOB DUTIES: This is a staff position which is expected to function as a specialist with respect to a specific technical phase of the planning function and which generally falls within the major areas of processing, assembly processing, layout, work standards and manufacturing development.

* Production Support: Provide technical support and assistance to the production line during the production process to ensure the smooth progress of the production.
* CBS/SAMPME system information setup and maintain.
* Implement and monitor digital operational performance development to support process optimization, cost reduction, and performance improvement.
* Responsible for production procurement management, CBS system operation of special work orders.
* Implement the technical requirements and specifications set by the Department.
* Perform technical analysis of manufacturing/Assembly processes to support management decisions.
* Optimize and improve the production process and update the process documents afterwards.
* Respond to operation issues and lead process improvements.
* Troubleshoot day-to-day process issues, develops solutions, and monitors improvements.
