A key role responsible for the successful installation & commissioning of Engineered System (ES) projects and Service responsibilities. The successful candidate will be trained & working on Ultra-Filtration (UF), Reverse Osmosis (RO), EDR, EDI, MBR, MABR, and chemical feed systems. The role will be based in Western Australia (Perth Area) but will provide commissioning and services support to sites across Australia and New Zealand with the ability to travel, as needed – approx. 70% of the time.
Job Description
Responsible for digital related operation, customer application, project management and fulfillment in China SRC center.
Provide InSight* technical proposal base on customer survey, provide solutions of data connection per customer’s equipment configuration and requirements.
Lead InSight* project execution, responsible for hardware (gateway, black box, etc.) and software configuration.
Responsible for InSight* account and user management.
Responsible for InSight* application maintenance and troubleshooting.
Track and manage InSight* customer status, ensure data availability and security, drive InSight* performance excellence.
Coordinate internal team (developer, sales, FSR, sourcing, finance, etc.) and external resources (supplier, customer, etc.), manage digital project execution.
Coordinate resources to ensure all identified issues or potential risks are well tracked and solved.
Provide technical training to internal and external InSight* users.
Support InSight* local instance maintenance.
Manage digital service metrics and drive digital application growth.
Keep close connection with global SRC team.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or higher degree in Automation, Computer, Communication, Electronic engineering, or other related discipline.
Experienced in project management.
Experienced in participating in digital/IT project development.
Deep understanding and hands-on experience on industry data communication protocols and various electrical interfaces.
Hands-on experience with router/gateway/firewall configuration.
Basic understanding on PLC, DCS, Scada and knowing their relationship.
Basic understanding on software mechanism and network protocols & components.
Programming experience with Python/HTML/Javascript is a plus.
Strong Chinese and English communication skill – both verbal and written.
Strong willing to learn and comfortable to touch water treatment technologies.
Enjoys technical problem solving and people communication.
Self-motivated, good skill to leverage different resources, proactively and effectively drive problem solving.
Professional, accountable, positive.
Strong team player.
Desired Qualities:
Ability to manage multiple priorities.
Good project management skill.
Good writing and documentation skill.
Understand basic data mining and machine learning skills.
Have experience of working with sales, service and customers in water industry.
Open and straightforward, speak effectively, comfortable to share any ideas / suggestions within team.
Is willing to travel to customer sites.
