ATTIVITA’

Inserimento ordini a sistema

Verifica degli ordini ed eventuale confronto con area vendite per definire esattamente i contenuti necessari Inoltro della documentazione richiesta agli enti aziendali coinvolti nel processo ed alla clientela

Gestione delle modifiche agli ordini richieste da area commerciale e area tecnica


REQUISITI
Diploma (preferibilmente di orientamento amministrativo)

Buona comprensione dell'inglese parlato e scritto

Capacità di gestire urgenze e cambi di programma

Capacità di organizzazione e attenzione ai dettagli 

Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto office (in particolare dell’Excel)

Capacità di lavorare in team e sotto pressione
