Analyst, Global Growth Enablement- Research & Insights, CXM LoB

Job Description:

The Global Growth Enablement- Sales Content and Research Analyst focuses on content and research related to the growth/sales process. This role will act as an analyst for Growth Enablement projects. This includes drafting and curating new content and then cataloging in the content repository following best practice guidelines. He/she will also assist the Global Growth Enablement team to respond to RFI/RFPs (Request for Information/ Request for Proposal) by finding the best content to respond to an incoming response to hit critical deadlines. The Sales Content and Research Analyst is also responsible for creating marketing intelligence reports indicating market trends and Competitive Analysis to help drive a win theme for sales pursuits.

Key Responsibilities

The Global Growth Enablement- Sales Content and Research Analyst will work closely with Growth Enablement team and all supporting business functions to:

Locate the best possible content to assist the pursuit team with RFI/RFP (Request for Information/ Request for Proposal) questions Curate sales content for use in Merkle Sales pursuits Work with SMEs(Subject Matter Expert) to identify, draft, and curate new content (such as case studies, content assets) for Merkle sales pursuits Collect, analyze, collate & interpret market data and information to identify market trends to support Growth/Sales initiatives to make informed strategic decisions with depth and insight Provide quantitative and qualitative research and analysis, including Competitive Analysis, Client Business Segmentation, Targeting, and interpret findings in documents/reports Other special projects as required

Key Skills and Experience

Bachelors Degree or above, majored in Marketing, Management, English, IT, Statistics, or related Excellent English reading, writing skills, good oral English Understanding of Growth/Sales Enablement best practices and new business development processes Understanding of the proposal development process and methodologies Ability to collect and analyze information and present in a concise manner Good analytical skills and logical thinking Excellent Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel skills Understanding of Microsoft SharePoint Good business sense, take interests in sales, business development Self-starter, fast learner, and eager to achieve Good communication and team spirit
