:Your responsibilities:
You will be responsible for the maintenance and management of factory production equipment and public system equipment. You will prepare and track preventive maintenance plans, equipment improvement plans, and spare parts procurement plans. You will guide and assist equipment maintenance workers, actively participate in equipment maintenance, implement TPM, and ensure the continuity of production. For sudden emergency failures of equipment, respond quickly to ensure the smooth operation of production equipment. You will participate in the optimization and improvement projects of production equipment and related HSE improvement projects. You will be involved Key performance indicators related to management control, such as equipment uptime, equipment downtime, etc. Carry out continuous improvement in equipment safety, efficiency, and maintenance costs. Have strong learning ability and be able to meet the increasing demands of equipment maintenance and equipment management. Bachelor's degree or above in mechatronics or mechanical manufacturing. More than two years of relevant work experience in equipment maintenance. Good problem analysis and solving skills. Good computer application skills, proficient in the use of CAD. Good communication and collaboration skills and team spirit. Able to read equipment-related English information.-
