Job Description Research and development of innovative multimodel fusion algorithms such as map fusion modules, multi-frame local map construction modules, and road network construction modules based on perception results and offline maps ( SD map) for autonomous driving Research and development of innovative multimodel fusion algorithms for static environment and dynamic objects perception Participate in the design and development of the big-perception pipeline. Cooperation with Bosch business units in China and worldwide for requirement analysis, technology transfer, and to evaluate market attractiveness of new concepts Scouting, identification, and tracking of new trends and emerging technologies in China, deriving impacts on Bosch research strategy, and identifying key partners

Qualifications

Excellent master's degree, ideally PhD, in the field of computer science, electrical engineering, mechatronics, and mechanical engineering or related Strong knowledge in the perception domain, such as object detection, object tracking, semantic segmentation, and depth estimation based on camera/LiDAR Familiarity with open-source vision libraries such as OpenCV and PCL. Familiarity with AI-based perception backbone, frameworks, and algorithms, MMDetection. Familiarity with filtering and optimization algorithms. Experience in local map construction, lane detection, perception & map fusion, perception result fusion, and PnC is a strong plus. Experience in ADAS sensors, such as cameras, LiDARs, and radars; familiarity with SD/HD map data structure is a strong plus. Proficiency and practical experiences in ROS, Python, or C++, and developing in Linux International experience is a plus Passion for innovation, problem-solving & entrepreneurial mindset Strong team player with an autonomous and efficient working style Excellent communication skills, fluent in English (oral and written)
