Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
A client facing role that handles clients’ queries on Ecommerce dataBe an expert on NIQ Ecommerce product designs and operational logicsDeep dive into client queries to locate the root cause with proper problem-solving skills and ensure query resolution to be provided in a timely mannerEnsure the services provided to clients are timely and precise according to client business needs and specifications while meeting the company’s quality standardsCentrally track the status for client queries and derive product enhancement directions from daily query handlingResponsible for meeting the COE objectives as a whole and ongoing delivery of COE KPIs
