Your role:

​

Mission: Design and maintain the manufacturing environment, to ensure that the setup of production will satisfy the quality system, production plan, capacity and efficiency.

Areas of Responsibilities:

•Productivity project execution and measurement.

•Production utilization effectiveness management.

•Production time management, incl. definition, KPI and process improvement.

•Capacity analysis and planning of manpower, equipment, tooling for production flows.

•Plans and establish plant and equipment with ergonomic and economic design.

•Improve & develop new IE techniques and method to fit SCM strategy & execution.

•EHS tasks in SCM to ensure safe production and audit compliance.

•Other tasks assigned by superiors.
