Job Description

We are seeking an experienced QM/PP RBDO Consultant to join our Data Workstream for a leading pharmaceutical company. This role focuses on the Production Planning (PP) module with a sub-area of Quality Management (QM). The consultant will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing data-driven solutions within the PP/QM modules, ensuring the seamless integration of these processes across the company’s operations.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements within the PP and QM modules.
  • Develop, configure, and support the PP and QM modules, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
  • Drive the data workstream by ensuring accurate and timely data management, cleansing, and migration activities related to production planning and quality management.
  • Lead the implementation of end-to-end solutions in PP and QM, ensuring successful integration with other SAP modules.
  • Provide expert advice on process improvements, system configuration, and optimization within the PP/QM landscape.
  • Support post-go-live activities, troubleshooting, and ongoing system enhancements.
  • Conduct training and knowledge transfer to end-users and internal teams to promote self-sufficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry regulations, particularly regarding quality assurance and data integrity.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as an SAP consultant with strong expertise in Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM).
  • Proven experience in data management within the SAP environment, particularly in data migration, cleansing, and validation.
  • Hands-on experience in S/4HANA implementations, preferably in a pharmaceutical environment.
  • Strong understanding of GxP and other regulatory requirements for the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin.
