We will count on you to:

Manage the accounts receivable process for domestic and international customers, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, collections and reconciliations. · Collaborate with different parties to resolve billing discrepancies and disputes promptly. Maintain detailed records of customer transactions and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders regarding account status and collections efforts. · Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, including account reconciliations and financial reporting. · Other assigned ad-hoc tasks

What you need to have: 

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field advantageous · 5+ years experience in accounts receivable management in reinsurance industry Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, including GAAP Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across departments. Proactive attitude towards analyzing and solving problems, outstanding work ethics, and great team player spirit.
