工作地点：北京

岗位职责：

1、根据公司相关管理制度，对销售人员的销售活动进行监控和管理，确保销售人员按公司销售流程和规范推进；

2、跟踪各项销售指标完成度，负责提供各类销售管理数据；

3、对销售数据进行分析和解读，识别潜在问题和机会，作为提升销售业绩的参考依据；

4、负责建立及完善销售管理制度及管理体系；

5、部门交办的其他工作任务。

任职资格：

1、全日制本科及以上学历，财务、商务管理类相关专业优先；

2、了解销售流程、客户管理，具备一定的管理常识；

3、良好的沟通和协调能力。能与销售团队、合作部门进行有效的沟通和协调，包括口头和书面沟通能力

4、做事认真、细心，具有服务意识，能适应较大工作压力；

5、熟练使用office等办公软件，善于数据处理和分析；
