for someone who: Has a passion for Sales and Marketing Is a strong team player Has a can-do attitude Enjoys crafting creative and best-fit solutions for business partners and customers Thinks outside of the box whilst leading change in the hotel Understands the global markets and local environment Communicates and writes with fluency in English (as well as the local language) Has relevant experience in a similar capacity previously Has strong interpersonal and communication skills Able to engage in a friendly and professional manner with business partners and customers

工作概述：

协助销售总监与团队成员有效沟通并实施销售策略和目标

处理与本地及国际合作伙伴的销售活动

通过多种渠道创造新的商机

执行酒店市场销售计划中列出的销售活动和行动计划

对团队的销售业绩负责

领导和激励销售团队

保持团队的销售和服务标准

岗位要求：

对销售和市场有热情

有很强的团队合作精神

有积极进取的态度

喜欢为业务伙伴和客户提供创造性和最适合的解决方案

在带领酒店变革的同时，要跳出常规思维

了解全球市场和当地环境

能用流利的英语(以及当地语言)进行沟通和写作

有相关工作经验

有较强的人际关系和沟通能力

能够以友好和专业的方式与商业伙伴和客户打交道
