销售大客户经理(销售部门)

职责描述

为国内当前客户和潜在客户群提供嵌入式软件领域的销售工作 评估客户潜在需求,与技术团队合作提供满足需求的产品以及技术方案 通过现场、电话和电子邮件向客户介绍相关产品解决方案和产品内容 发起内部报价流程,根据需要监控和跟进报价状态 跟进整个项目的所有商务环节,负责合同及价格谈判,商务验收/开票/回款等 与项目经理, 技术团队合作以保证工作的顺利开展, 最终确保项目成功交付 维护和发展客户关系, 建立长期的,良好的,稳固的客户关系 持续关注竞品信息并提供客户反馈,为市场战略提供信息 实现相应的销售目标

岗位要求

硕士及以上学历,计算机、汽车、自动化、通讯类等相关专业,优秀者可放宽至本科 2年以上汽车软件/电子领域的销售经验 积极、以客户服务为导向的态度 有效地倾听和交流市场和项目信息 具有紧迫感,及时回复客户的询问 注重细节,能够在快节奏的团队环境中执行多项任务 出色的人际交往、团队合作和解决问题的能力 优秀的书面和口语能力,熟练使用英语 具有不断学习扩展产品知识的能力和动力 适应频繁出差

附加资质

具有OEM/Tier1 汽车ECU开发和测试流程相关知识 具有AUTOSAR,FBL, 操作系统和车载网络(CAN、LIN、以太网等)的一定经验 具有汽车微控制器及处理器一定经验与知识 对OEM/Tier1嵌入式软件项目的工作内容和市场要求具有一定了解,例如 DevOps、Agile、ASPICE、ISO26262、 ISO21434等
