YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

了解畅销产品,包括包括最高销售额,最高利润,最低价格及最有潜力产品,确保它们随时有货并且摆放在显著位置当这些产品缺货时,我会推出其他产品
了解我负责区域的库存情况以及供应状态
维持我负责的区域全天运营,并为补货和第二天业务做好准备
了解并积极执行产品系列更新(如,新品及到期停止销售产品)和商业活动,并将价格下降减至最小
了解准确的存货数量的重要性以及自身行动如何对其造成影响
积极了解本地竞争形势,以便向顾客展示产品的竞争优势,从而推动产品销量
完成顾客行走路线图,以便深入了解顾客购物习惯,并据此形成改进意见
致力于推行部门商业行动方案,在实现方案的过程中主动负责我的那部分
深入分析我们产品的卖点以及顾客的购买习惯,保证呈现良好的服务态度我有较强的销售技能,可以满足或超过顾客期望和我们的业务目标
我请求同事其他部门和经理对我的工作提供支持,这样我就能创造更好的业务成果我还将我的知识与同事分享,帮助大家
共同提升销售能力
我通过持续评估和不断跟进实现目标

我在产品知识和图纸设计方面是本部门台面和厨具设备的专家
与销售部门经理一起设定厨房台面和厨具设备转换率目标并进行跟进
