- 作为重点项目的服务窗口,收集客户的问询,并派发至相关部门进行解决后及时给予客户反馈。
- 通过让客户了解产品服务/供应情况/价格和新产品,在指定区域内维护销售计划。
- 通过电话/邮件/微信等销售手段,向已建立的客户和潜在客户群体销售公司的产品和服务。
- 建立重点客户销售数据库,对客户的进销存数据进行统计和分析。
- 关注销售区域内的其他竞争活动和趋势。
- 准备报告以记录销售活动和结果,为管理团队准备月度销售报告。
- 与客户服务团队合作,协调销售活动并加快订单执行速度。
- 与市场团队合作,整合销售和客户端的需求进行反馈及跟进。
- 大专及以上学历
- 至少3年以上销售支持经验
- 具有汽车售后行业产品和应用知识优先
- 良好的电话销售技能,书面、口语表达能力强
- 出色的客户服务技能
- Diploma needed, Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 3+ years prior sales support or related experience required.
- Solid knowledge of Auto Aftermarket Industry, products and applications.
- Good written, verbal and telephone skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
