JMP Inside Sales Account Representative - Shanghai, China

- Job Responsibilities:
- Sell JMP product suite to new and existing customers using digital channels through consultative sales approach.
- Understand customer needs via phone, internet, and other direct sales methods; identify sales opportunities and promote data analysis products and solutions to meet sales targets.
- Explore new markets, unearth potential clients, expand business with existing clients, and maintain customer records.
- Proactively discover sales prospects, build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction with the company and its products.
- Regularly communicate with customers to assist them in adopting data analysis methodologies for greater ROI.
- Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Biomedicine, or related fields.
- 3-8 years of sales experience in computer software, hardware, or IT solutions (e.g., ERP, CRM, Data, Warehouse) demonstrating excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong learning aptitude, growth mindset, and commitment to continuous self-improvement.
- Result-oriented with the ability to work under pressure, achieve defined objectives independently, and possess excellent self-motivation.
