重要职责

洞察头部连锁商的业务发展机会,制定头部连锁合作项目,完成所负责头部连锁的销售指标 50% 与头部连锁建立深度合作的伙伴关系,和区域零售团队保持密切合作,确保各项合作项目在连锁总部和分省平台层面的有效沟通和高效执行 20% 持续探索零售渠道创新,引领诺和诺德产品诺在头部连锁的市场准入与覆盖 15% 确保所有行动符合NN之道及其他相关合规指南和公司规定 15%

任职资格

医学、药学、市场营销等专业本科及以上学历 4年以上处方药零售管理经验, 2年以上大客户管理经验 熟悉了解国内医药市场及国家医药相关政策,较强的业务分析诊断能力 较强的零售大客户管理能力,可与大型连锁总部探索更有价值的合作机会和合作模式 较强的跨部门沟通能力及问题解决能力 具备良好的合规意识
