About the Role

负责团险营销员渠道及客户服务，包括新单、保全、续保业务的落地实施，提升客户体验，进而促进业务发展。

主要职责：

1、负责团险客户及营销员渠道日常服务咨询及投诉处理；

2、协助营销员渠道的大单业务工作，包括与企业HR对接沟通、承保工作跟进，及对员工进行产品宣讲；

3、客户服务质量管理，包括定期形成质量报告，提出改善服务流程的意见和建议；

4、制作培训课件，为公司营销员渠道提供培训支持；

5、主管所分配的其他工作。

任职资格：

1、具有5年以上团队管理及客户服务经验；

2、熟悉团险产品，熟悉团险客户服务及管理流程

3、具有良好的语言表达、沟通协调及应变能力，英语流利者优先考虑；

4、具备良好的PPT制作和演讲能力；

6、高度责任感，有一定的抗压能力。
