收藏 IEG 点击了解更多BG信息 产品 三年以上工作经验 更新于年05月20日 岗位职责 1.负责 PC 主机游戏的商业化策略制定和执行，包括但不限于定价策略、付费模式、促销活动、用户运营等；2.深入分析市场数据和用户行为，洞察用户需求，制定有效的商业化策略，提升游戏收入和用户留存；3.参与游戏开发过程，与制作团队紧密合作，确保商业化设计与游戏内容的完美融合；4.跟踪市场趋势和竞争对手动向，及时调整商业化策略，保持游戏的竞争优势；5.管理和协调商业化团队，制定工作计划，分配任务，对结果负责。 岗位要求 1.5年以上游戏行业商业化相关工作经验，拥有成功案例优先；2.熟悉 PC 主机游戏市场，对商业化模式有深入理解；3.具备优秀的分析能力和数据处理能力，能够独立进行市场调研和数据分析；4.具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作能力，能够与制作团队和其他部门进行有效沟通；5.具备较强的抗压能力和工作效率，能够在高强度的工作压力下完成任务；6.沟通能力强，有海外合作经验；7.资深玩家，且了解海外PC主机市场；8.熟悉游戏开发流程，能够与制作团队进行深度合作。
