高级招商运营经理

岗位职责：

1、有招商经验；
2、对多种经营的租金收入水平进行管控、完成指标的分解和落实；
3、定期对广场商铺及多种经营招商工作包括品类组合、品牌汰换等进行重新规划，并建立和完善品牌资源库；
4、负责广场所有品牌的经营基础管理，并对商户运营状况进行监控、督导、分析及销售提升；
5、定期进行商圈、竞争对手、商业用户、商业资源等市场调研工作；
6、完成上级领导交办的其他事项等。

任职要求：

1、3年以上商业广场/购物中心同岗位中层管理经验；
2、对购物中心、百货等招商运营管理模式有系统实践经验，熟悉中高档品牌的甄选和供应商的管理，熟悉行业市场发展现状；
3、具备较丰富的品牌资源，有丰富的商品知识并熟悉行业资讯；
4、具有大型商业项目运营管理经验；
5、具备优秀的项目协调及谈判能力，良好的沟通协调与数据分析能力；
6、较强的责任感和团队合作精神，具有良好的敬业精神和职业道德操守。
