What's the role?
Create value in the allocated account's portfolio through effective design and implementation of individual account strategies to build long term, sustainable and profitable relationships with the customers. The role involves professional field sales and high level customer consultation in the defined territories within the target industry. The job holder has to provide efficient solutions and technical support to customers and represent the Hilti brand in the market place.

What does the role involve?
MO local responsible for all processes related to FM (fleet management business), leading the close cooperation among various departments across teams, including but not limited to customer service, after-sales maintenance, logistics, finance, sales, etc. Starting from market/customer demand, according to MO needs or Hub/BU's plan, initiate preparation, test landing and continuous optimization of all kinds of FM service processes and projects, in order to maintain the competitiveness of fleet butler service. Respond to FM (Fleet Management) business process related issues, respond to troubleshooting in the system or process concerns in the first time, and consult with relevant Hub/BU leaders when necessary. When adding or updating processes, designate to write or revise and upgrade documentation manuals, and provide training and introduction to each team. Optimize the management of PTP service machine hangar, ensure the high availability and utilization of tools, pay close attention to the operation and quality of FM (Fleet Management Service) service to ensure customer satisfaction.

What you need is:
Bachelor degree or above, majoring in computer, civil engineering or related fields is preferred
1 year or above working experience, familiar with SAP system is preferred.
Necessary market sensitivity, fast learning and understanding, strong sense of responsibility
Strong logical expression and adaptability, good communication skills and teamwork spirit
Good oral and written communication skills in English (required)
