Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Merchandising Analyst to join our team at Tiffany & Co. in a VIE (Volontariat International d'Entreprise) role. As a Merchandising Analyst, you will play a critical role in maximizing regional efforts for our markets in Greater China.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze market trends and develop targeted assortments to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Global Assortment Planning, Category Management, Replenishment Planning, and local market teams, to facilitate effective communication and task execution.
- Lead the communication of new launches to markets and solicit feedback to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Review category trends, store visits, and re-merchandising projects to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Become an expert in Operational Merchandise support in Greater China markets and identify best practices to drive business growth.
- Coordinate the movement of merchandise in local markets as needed to ensure efficient inventory management.
Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and ability to learn new software applications quickly.
