职责描述

负责电动滑板车研发阶段的质量管理包括制定测试标准，研发评审以及可靠性相关的测试 负责研发设计端早期的失效分析（DFMEA) 的问题点跟进并进行整改 执行外部关键供应商审核和验证系统, 对过程进行质量评估并准备性能报告 为机电设计提供支持，并解决所有制造问题并确保过程改进 对各种团队进行质量程序培训，并定制培训方案 负责电动滑板车质量基础数据的收集和统计, 并分析问题及制定改良对策

任职要求

本科及以上学历，机电工程及相关专业，电子工程背景优先 3年以上研发质量工作经验；并掌握相关的失效分析手法 熟悉产品的工艺、制程、设备、测试方法等；熟悉Quality的工具，持有Six Sigma黑带者优先 个性稳重，思维缜密、条理清晰，良好的管理能力和沟通协调能力 英文书写和口语的能力为优：能够和其他部⻔同时进⾏正常的英⽂沟通，有外企⼯作经验或者国外留学经验为佳 具有电动车相关领域机电设计研发经验，对智能出行业有浓厚的兴趣为佳
