What a typical day looks like:

Owned project IE basis work experience. Know how to setup, maintain and optimize projects’ IE database of time study, line balance and H/C configuration etc; 具备项目IE 基本工作经验如项目工时，人力标配，产线平衡率等IE基础数据体系的建立，维护和改善。 Design factory overall layout and material flow, especially for fuction area, warehouse, supermarket, FG store and involved in these area improvement. 规划设计工厂的整体布局及其物流，特别是针对周边支持的功能区域，原材料仓，线边仓，成品仓等区域的设计规划和后续的改善。  Regular study factory common area capacity and its HC demand to do layout otpmization, such as warehouse, supermarket, FG store area.  定期对工厂公共区域，如原材料仓，线边仓，成品仓等区域的产能和人员需求进行分析评估，及时调整规划。 Using MTM/Model/Most to do time assessment to support new projects quotation. 使用MTM/IE Model/Most工时评估工具为新项目报价评估工时及人力需求。 Using 3D Sketch and Flexslim simulatin software to do layout and material flow design and improvement.  使用3D Sketch 和 Flexslim 模拟仿真软件设计并优化生产线布局和物流。 Continue improvement driving and pushing through IE method and tools to save cost and improve efficiency; 通过应用IE方法和工具，推动持续改进，消除浪费，节约成本，提升效率。

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

5 years’ work experiences in project IE with at least 2 years’ overall fatory design and layout planning work experiens. 5年以上工业工程项目IE领域工作经验并拥有2年的工厂整体设计和规划的相关工作经验; Be good at English reading, writing, listening and speaking; 具备良好的英语听说读写能力 Have a good command of office software and Auto CAD; 精通办公软件和Auto CAD; Be familiar with 3D sketch, Flexslim software and MTM/IE Most/Most time assessment tools; 3D sketch和Flexslim模拟仿真软件，掌握运用MTM 或Most 或IE model 工时评估工具； Rich experience in lean improvement; 具备丰富的精益改善经验 Responsibility, positive working attitude; Good teamwork player; 有责任心，工作态度积极端正，具备良好的团队合作精神
