岗位职责

  • 按教学常规要求制定物理学科的教学计划，并顺利完成教学任务
  • 按学校教学常规要求，保质保量完成教学工作，提高教学成绩
  • 认真进行学生作业的批改并及时给予学生作业反馈，对于学生的提问能够予以耐心解答
  • 按学校要求做好阶段考试、期中考试、期末考试的出题、阅卷、评卷及总结工作，认真做好平时成绩记录和教务系统登统工作
  • 积极主动认真地做好教研工作，参加每周大教研活动，按照学校要求开展听课、说课、评课的教研活动，提高教学水平
  • 按照学校要求认真完成教案编辑工作，做到按时上交，及时反馈
  • 根据学生的情况及需求，定期与学生、家长，以及其他教师进行必要的信息沟通
  • 认真配合完成与教育教学相关的学生活动、各项教学交流活动及宣传活动
  • 完成上级领导交办的其他工作

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop Physics subject teaching plans according to teaching routine requirements and successfully complete teaching tasks
  • Pay close attention to the regular requirements of school teaching, ensure quality and quantity of teaching work, and improve teaching results
  • Correct students' homework carefully and provide timely feedback on students' homework. Questions raised by students can include questions and answers.
  • The school is required to do a good job in setting, grading, grading and summarizing the stage exams, mid-term exams and final exams, and conscientiously do a good job in daily performance records and educational administration system login work.
  • Actively and conscientiously do a good job in teaching and research, participate in weekly teaching and research activities, and carry out teaching and research activities such as listening to lectures, lecturing, and evaluating lessons in accordance with school requirements to improve teaching standards.
  • In accordance with the requirements, the school carefully completed the teaching plan editing work, submitted it on time, and provided timely feedback.
  • Communicate necessary information regularly with students, parents, and other teachers based on students’ situations and needs.
  • Earnestly complete student activities, moral teaching exchange activities and publicity activities related to education and teaching.
  • Complete other tasks assigned by superior leaders

Requirements

  • 本科及以上学历，物理学相关专业；具有海外留学背景者优先考虑
  • 具有高中教师资格证者优先考虑
  • 良好的英语听、说、读、写能力
  • 热爱教育行业，爱岗敬业，为人师表
  • 工作态度积极，有爱心、耐心及高度责任心，富有亲和力及团体合作精神
  • 优秀的语言表达能力，沟通能力，思辨能力，分析能力，应变能力，创新能力

  • Bachelor degree or above, majoring in Physics or related fields; those with overseas study background will be given priority
  • Candidates with high school teacher qualification certificate will be given priority
  • Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills
