Job Description

1. Lead customer quality complaint handling
First contact with customer to get compaint information and share internally
Report problem sloving process to customer and follow till close
2. Summary of analysis and customer quality reporting
3. Lead PHA (parts handling analysis) at customer plant
4. Product & diagnose training for OEM and OES
5. Onsite trouble shooting at OEM and OES

Qualifications

1. Bachelor in mechanical, engine or electrical
2. 3 year work experience in customer quality or engineering of automotive industry
3. Technical background and good problem solving
4. Customer oriented and good communication skill
5. Fluent English
