主要任务：

员工工作安排及培训 员工月度绩效评估 组织现场TPM实施 车间改进项目安排及实施 车间层级问题的解决和逐级上报 根据生产计划确保交付 定期车间过程确认 每班实施分层审核 组织每日晨会，并将每日生产结果汇报给到主管 确保来自管理层的信息都在班组内得到很好的沟通，并定期与班组成员分享信息

协助性工作：

生产安排，排产，定期维护计划 车间库存盘点 车间成本计划及控制 协调自愿解决车间问题 主管或工程师安排的其他任务

Qualifications

专科及以上相关学历

5年生产相关经验

熟悉14Q质量工具，5S，车间持续改进，PSS问题解决
