Job Description
Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)
In-depth knowledge of ADAS control module and software interfaces and processes. Vehicle program launch experience, particularly VeSCoM releases. Understanding of ADAS module verification and validation processes. Understanding of ADAS module software and calibration systems. In-depth knowledge of serial data and Ethernet communications. In-depth knowledge of ADAS control module SW architecture. Understanding of vehicle instrumentation and data acquisition systems. Ability to flash software modules and conduct high-level system verification on vehicles. In-depth knowledge of GM global electrical architecture would be a plus. Proactive and results driven individual with high levels of initiative . Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Electrical or Software engineering. 5+ years working with electrical modules and software, have Active Safety and Automated Driving experience. Previous DRE or Controls Integration Engineer or Controls Manager experience a plus. Demonstrated knowledge of GVDP timing and key engineering milestones. Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills (English and Chinese).What Will Give You A Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications)
Strong interpersonal skills involving ability to work effectively cross-functionally and cross-culturally. Ability to multi-task and manage multiple requests and deadlines. Excellent organization and project management skills. Proven ability to work with teams that are not under the same org structure. Demonstrated ability of “dealing with ambiguity” to enable timely decision making.
