Senior In-Car Test Engineer – Autonomous Drive

We are looking for Senior In-Car Testing Engineer to join the Autonomous Drive System Integration and Testing team.
This position will be part of a dynamic crew that test, measure and maintain the performance and quality of complex heterogeneous computing systems that power automotive products used in self-driving cars. We are looking for a senior test Engineer to develop and execute exploratory and large scale in-car tests to ensure self-driving car SW/HW stack meet high standards of quality. As a member of this core team, you will be working with highly competitive and motivated engineers. This role will also require to frequently get along with Dev module leads & cross matrix architects. Join us at forefront of this ground-breaking autonomous vehicle revolution.
What you'll be doing:
Develop and lead In-Car test strategy and test plan to ensure software release as required.
Design test cases based on product requirements and design test methods for proving ground and public road scenarios to ensure comprehensive metric and coverage testing for ADAS/AD Software features.
Design test routes and perform large scale in-car test to ensure delivery quality could match the expectation of end user, be able to identify/derive the corner case from testing to improve coverage.
Support test tooling teams to rapidly prototyping solutions to unblock execution and working with the relevant tooling/ops teams to productionize them in a manner that is consistent with the broader process/ecosystem.
Review product requirements, develop test matrics, and establish KPI evaluation.
Troubleshooting issues, collaborating with engineers to identify root causes, and contributing to QA process improvements.
What we need to see:
Strong in-car test leader with leadership 2+ years experience;
6+ Experience in large scale AV testing;
Bachelors or Masters in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline;
Technical in nature and be able to zoom in and out of scope as needed from the lowest detail to high level vision of the job.
Prior experience in Vehicle bring up, Verification and Validation test at large scale;
Prior experience on AD Triage workflows;
Be able to influence and thrive multi-functional teams.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Proven large scale in-car test experiences for self-development L2/L2++ product delivery.
Background in developing or using autonomous vehicle simulators and their workflows.
Experience specifying, developing, or working to Automotive Standards ISO26262, ISO21448.
