职位描述：
作为初级仿真工程师， 你将会和设计部门， 测试部门，以及全球专家一起紧密合作， 完成技术创新， 以及创新项目的保障、推进及管理等工作。
主要职责包括但不限于以下条目：
1）辅助资深工程师完成公司创新课题，即零部件及系统级的健康监测。
2）辅助资深工程师完成电机测试和分析
3）辅助资深工程师对机器学习模型进行建模和调试。
4）健康监测与数据孪生等相关技术的调研与论证。
5）运用多种工具进行建模、仿真、验证、数据处理与分析。
6）结果与流程管理。
Qualification Required:
资格要求：
· Min. MS degree in Mechanical Engineering, Vehicle Engineering, Civil Engineering, Internal combustion engine, Aeronautics / Astronautics, Manufacturing Process, Engineering mechanics or equal, focusing on (all acceptable): a) Structure fatigue / damage / fracture mechanics test and simulation; b) Numerical method; c) Metal / Plastic / Rubber / Composite material experiment and simulation; d) Vibration (NVH) test and simulation; e) Manufacturing Process validation & simulation; f) Multibody / Flexbody Dynamics; g) Engine and Powertrain structure FEA; h) Machine level 1D performance simulation,
i) Multiphysics simulation (Electromagnetic), j) Health Monitoring; k) Reduced order modeling; l) Integrated Machine Learning & Numerical simulation, etc.
电子工程，机械工程，汽车工程，土木工程，内燃机，航空，航天，制造技术，工程力学或相同专业硕士或博士；研究方向（以下皆可）：
a) 电子电器方向； b) 数值方法； c) 电机测试和故障分析； d) 多体动力学； e) 发动机或传动系统结构仿真； f) 健康监测与模拟；
g) 电磁等多物理场模拟、系统仿真和试验；
h) 降阶模型； i) 机器学习与数值仿真结合。
· Have FEA or other numerical Simulation knowledge is a plus.
具备有限元或其他数值仿真理论与知识的应聘者尤佳
· Capable of CAE tool. Analysis software experience in ABAQUS and Nastran is preferred, however, experience in other equivalent engineering analysis software is acceptable

· Have Structure Health Monitoring Experience is a plus
