Content Producer, LoL

Responsibilities:
Based on the creative and brand goals for the project and informed by experience and historical cost data, generate and revise an initial production plan for the project, including a schedule, budget, and critical assumptions. Source and bid external partners to execute production and—with support from Riot’s internal sourcing specialists—represent Riot in business affairs negotiations. Ensure your project team properly balances the creative goals and practical needs of the project and help them seamlessly adapt as production realities develop. Represent the team on all matters of production management to internal stakeholders and external partners. Maintain and track the project schedule and cost report to keep the production on track. Oversee all vendor deliverables, holding the line for quality and specs. Facilitate all client reviews, using your experience working with internal and external artists to make certain the team’s feedback is clear, consistent, specific, and actionable. Maintain studio-side production operations to the highest professional standards.
Required Qualifications:
You have 3+ years experience as producer on visual and CGI animation productions or as an agency producer overseeing content production on behalf of a client studio or agency. You have expert-level experience with visual and CGI production management and shot management, having used tools like Shotgun, ftrack, or Filemaker Pro to manage shows. You are fluent in art, visual design, filmmaking and animation techniques and have experience translating desired outcomes into technical executions. You are proficient in projecting and drafting project budgets and schedules and in maintaining the production cost report for the run of the show. You are well-versed in vendor relations and production outsourcing, including writing RFPs, business affairs negotiation, and onboarding vendors. You have consistently demonstrated your expert communication skills by earning the trust of your colleagues and vendors and serving as a calm, confidence-inspiring leader on your team. You are a League of Legends player or fans with strong familiarity of the IP.
Desired Qualifications:
You have invested time into analyzing and critiquing visuals, animation and live-action filmmaking to develop your eye for quality. Proficiency in ftrack. Experience with Google Suite and Adobe Acrobat and Premiere.For this role, you'll find success through craft expertise, a collaborative spirit, and decision-making that prioritizes your teammates who are the customers of your work. Being a dedicated fan of games is not necessary for this position
