- Contribute to epoxy/acrylate technology platform through development of IP and accumulation of technical know-how.
- YOUR ROLE CANOFFER YOU
- New product (and technology) development of epoxy/acrylate based structural adhesives.
- Patents filling and technical know-how development.
- Cross-functional support to application engineering, sales, marketing, operational, PSRA and supply teams.
- Comply with PSRA regulations and SHE policies, Support to lab 5S and SHE maintenance.
- Organic synthesis or polymerization/polymer modification.
- Formulation knowledge of structural adhesives.
- PHD is a plus.
