Position Title: Quality Manager

Location: Suzhou, China

Position Overview:

该岗位为HBF质量管理的代表,确保工厂各部门符合我们定义的ISO程序,并持续改进质量。通过SPC/Cpk等结果和其他工具分析,管理QC日常检验和持续改进流程和系统。The key objective of this role is to be the steward of the HBF quality management, make sure our departments are matched with our defined ISO procedures and keep on improving quality. Manage QC daily inspection and continuous improvement process and system via SPC/CPk etc. results and other tool analysis

Primary Responsibilities

质量Quality [90%]
1.领导体系内审、过程审核、产品审核,第三方和客户审核,跟进不符合项整改。Lead internal audit, process audit, product audit, 3-rd part and customer audit, follow up NC;
2.协助工厂厂长进行管理评审。Assist plant manager to organize management review meeting;
3.按照标准(IATF16949、ISO9001、ISO14001和ISO45001等)、法律法规和相关方要求等建立、维护和持续改进公司管理体系。Create, maintain and improve company management system according to standards, regulations and requirements of interested parties;
4.主持月度质量会议,准备每周质量简报,审核质量目标,如:客户投诉,客户退货率,质量不合格,并与其他部门协调进行改进。Chair monthly quality meeting, prepare weekly quality flash report, review quality objectives, such as customer complaints, customer return ratio, out of spec, and coordinate with other departments to make improvements happen.
5.协调客户对工厂的参观拜访,领导内部质量审核,协调所有客户质量审核并关闭后续行动。Coordinate customer visit to facility, lead internal quality audit, coordinate all customer quality audits and close subsequent follow-up actions.
6.负责产品质量问题的处理,联系内部和外部客户投诉,通过客户投诉识别改进机会。Acts as facility contact for product quality issues, liaison between internal and external customer complaints with business, identifies improvement opportunities through customer complaint work process.
7.管理月度供应商投诉工作流程,必要时与采购和研发部门一起评估供应商、原材料、包装质量表现。Manage monthly supplier complaint work process, evaluate supplier, raw material, package quality performance with sourcing and R&D when needed.
8.管理和领导产品和过程的内部审核和其他质量主题活动。Manage and lead products and process internal audit and other quality theme activities.
9.负责运营团队成员的质量培训、发展和技能提升。Responsible for quality training, development and up-skilling of operation team members.
10.与采购及相关部门合作,协助每月供应商投诉工作,需要时评估原材料、包装质量表现。Working with sourcing and relative department to support monthly supplier complaint work process, evaluate raw material, package quality performance when needed.
11.环境安全健康相关系统和文件的协助。EHS relative system and file assistance.
12.与生产,EHS,工程,物流,SOP和其他内部职能部门合作,确保客户和业务需求能够及时交付,并达到低成本为基础的卓越运营。Collaborate with Production, EHS, Engineering, Logistic, SOP and other internal functions to ensure customer and business needs are always delivered, hassle free and at the lowest cost possible based on the foundation of Operational Excellence.

Minimum Requirements

1.化学相关专业本科及以上学历。Bacholar or above, prefer major in chemistry or related ;
2.5年以上质量、EHS相关工作经验。Minimum 5 years quality &EHS related work experience;
3.熟悉质量工具。Experience with quality tools (QC 7 tools, 8D, MSA, SPC etc.);
4.熟悉相关体系标准。Solid understanding of standards(IATF16949,ISO9001,ISO14001,ISO45001);
5.流利英语、中文。Fluency in English & Chinese;
6.工作认真负责,有上进心。Work hard & be responsible, self-motivated;
7.卓越的分析和冲突解决技巧。Excellent analytical skills and conflict resolution skills.
8.良好管理、沟通能力。Good management & communication ability.
9.良好的沟通技能。Good communication skill.
