Main Responsibilities:

Providing accurate QualiFlex sleeve design proposals according to machines condition and customer’s demands. 
Product follow up and design optimization for optimum product performance. 
Collaboration with sales team and even other business lines in Voith Paper to provide technical support, solution and added value to customers.
Professional investigation and sample analysis to support sales team for ongoing customer satisfaction.
Supporting product management for market statistics and analysis, product portfolio and life cycle management.
Supporting global application and R&D for new product development.
Timely and efficient report in accordance with Voith standard.

Service work in case of emergency or man power shortage in regions.

Responsible for ensuring the health & safety policy and zero accident in work place.

Requirements:

Bachelor degree or above in Pulp&Paper making major subject.

Paper mill working experience.

Communication and interpersonal skills.

Good command of English.

Computer office software skills.

Frequent customer travel in China.
