Job Description

  • 在产品设计、开发和测试阶段，为客户提供技术支持。

Provide technical support to customers during product design, development, and testing.

  • 协助客户集成瑞萨产品并了解产品规格。

Assist customers in integrating Renesas products and understanding specifications.

  • 与销售团队合作，识别客户需求并提供技术解决方案。

Collaborate with sales teams to identify needs and offer technical solutions.

  • 进行技术演示、培训和产品展示。

Conduct technical presentations, training, and demonstrations.

  • 作为技术联络人，将客户反馈传达给内部团队。

Act as a technical liaison, relaying feedback to internal teams.

  • 分析和解决客户应用中的问题，与客户保持良好关系。

Troubleshoot customer applications and maintain relationships as a trusted advisor.


Qualifications

  • 研究生或以上学历，电子工程、自动化，计算机，电力电子相关专业。

Master's degree or above in Electronics Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, Power electronics and related field.

  • 优秀的沟通能力和人际交往技巧，能够有效与客户建立长期合作关系。

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively establish long-term partnerships with clients.

  • 具备一定的市场洞察力和较强逻辑分析能力，能够收集客户需求并提供解决方案。

Possesses market insight and strong logical analysis skills, enabling the collection of client needs and the provision of solutions.

  • 目标导向，具备良好的自我管理能力，和学习能力。

Goal-oriented with strong self-management and learning abilities.

  • 具备良好的英文听说读写能力。

Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skill.
