Project Management leadership

-Support GERE Sr. Project Manager and lead Wuxi site end users team to deeply involve in all the stages of the new factory project and enable the project deliverables to plan, incl., permitting, design, shell construction, fit out, suppliers selection, FAT, SAT, qualification, handover, etc., 
-Lead Wuxi site end users to work with GERE, global SMEs and external stakeholders to design and deliver a smart and green factory to achieve the autonomous, paperless and carbon zero targets. 
-Lead Wuxi site end users to build the capabilities alongside project execution, generate all business processes, enable smooth transition from the capital project to BAU operation, and ensure the new factory being operated with high standard of quality, compliance and safety. 
-Oversight and support the technical transfer and the 1st supply from CDC and PP packing lines, incl. engaging internal and external stakeholders to handle PP and CDC related regulatory affairs, technical transfer deliverables, getting all required certificates and approvals for the commercial supply from the new factory according to the plan. 
-Support GERE Global Sr. Project Manager to ensure the project management under AZ PMF framework, incl., reporting, escalating, communication, change management, etc., 
-Conduct communications across Wuxi site to share the progress of the new project execution. 
-Support Wuxi Senior Leadership Team to build the new factory resource model and organization structure. 

Technical Management Leadership

-Liaise with AZ SMEs, Wuxi site end users and the vendors to input and align the user requirement specifications (URS) of new factory project related process equipment, system, automation, and utilities, etc., 
-Lead end users team to make technical assessments, judgements, and decisions across all the stages of the project from design to the 1st product supply from PP and CDC line, incl. technical documents reviewing/signing, deviation handling, C&Q witness, knowledge transfer of CDC and PP technology, CMC study for the 1st product introduction in the PP and CDC line, etc., 
-Assess the technical capability needs of Wuxi site to support the new factory project deliverables. 

Innovation Management Leadership

-Think innovatively, broadly and differently to lead Wuxi site end users to design a new smart and green factory targeting for autonomous manufacturing, paperless operation and zero carbon sustainability through working with GERE, global IT, global SMEs, external partners, and site digital team. 
-Understand and adopt Astrazeneca innovation management framework to the new factory project, e.g., MVP, PoC, LDAP, etc.,
-Engage and influence internal and external stakeholders to get the endorsement or alignment of the innovation solutions across the project, e.g., autonomous design, sustainability solutions, etc.,

Lean and PMF skill
-Have great lean and PMF capability and have good practice to embed lean/PMF into real business case and needs
-Experience of supporting large capital projects and transition to Business As Usual operations.
-Excellent stakeholder management, people management, communications, and decision-making capability.

Responsibility for GMP/Compliance/SHE  

-Conduct all business activities in compliance with the GMP /SHE/Compliance supporting Policies and Standards related to position and responsibilities
 

Job Requirement

-Bachelor or above degree, pharmaceutical or engineering related majors
-Pharma. Or Project experience.
-Pharma. Operation related experiences.
-Problem solving skills 
-New site startup experience 

- > 10 Years of working experiences

Have 10 years pharmaceutical operation experience 
Have project or new site startup related experience 
Rich experience in pharmaceutical technical transfer, or engineering, or manufacturing management, or digital transformation. 
It’s good to have CDC formulation R&D or manufacturing experience

-Reading and speak English very well

-Good MS office skill and digital mindset 

-Personal character
Be honesty to communicate with each other in team.
Be responsibility under high work pressure 
High team work spirit and be willing to train and develop team member skills
