What this job involves:

基礎修繕作業（電氣、給排水維修等）。 執行簡易牆面修補油漆等土木作業。 進行定期巡檢和維修，確保設備正常運作。 監督承包商修繕工程，確保工作按照標準進行。 監督維護廠商，確保保養計劃有效實施。 接受並執行業主交辦的相關機電工作任務。 處理機電設備相關文件紀錄，包括維修記錄、工作日報等。 協助新進人員熟悉機電設備操作和維修流程。 管理機電耗料庫存，確保備件和耗材供應充足。 執行緊急狀況（豪大雨、地震）後應變處置。 設備故障狀況處理及提報主管以安排後續報修處理。 設施內各承租戶櫃內查修及處理。 協助業主進行承租戶設備點交記錄作業。 設施區域用電量計算評估及回報。 協助帶領承包商現場勘查及修繕方案討論。 團隊內部討論修繕方案及實行。 協助機電設備性能測試和驗收，確保其符合標準。 持續學習和提升自身專業知識和技能，以應對日益變化需求。

Education: College graduate Experience: More than one year of experience in building management or related work Certificates: Class C or above mechanical and electrical related certificates Profession and skills: Have simple water and electricity repair skills, familiar with basic computer concepts
