What this job involves

基礎修繕作業（電氣、給排水維修等）。 執行消防設備點檢、空調冰機、緊急發電機設備空載等基礎維護保養。 協調安排設施緊急狀況派修與支援。  監督協調設施機電系統巡檢維護工作。 領導團隊及分配工作任務，監督工作進度，並提供必要指導。 監管承包商施作工程，確保符合安全規定。 協助制定預算，審核管理機電部門經費使用。 管理機電耗料庫存，確保備件和耗材供應充足。 定期召開會議，與團隊討論問題和改進措施。 建立良好溝通渠道，與業主保持良好合作關係。 確保機電系統維護工作符合公司政策和程序。 制定實施機電緊急應變計劃，以應對緊急情況。 管理機電系統故障排除，追蹤問題並提供解決方案。 不斷提升專業知識，以跟隨行業發展和技術進步。 設備合約廠商績效管理及追蹤設備問題協調溝通。 協助批核機電系統相關文件管理和行政事務。 及時報告機電系統運營狀況及風險，提出改善建議。 協助業主與政府部門和相關監管機構溝通。 突發狀況了解追蹤及事件報告撰寫。 每月機電月報製作及審核。 團隊人員工作評核。

Interested? An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications

Education: College graduate Experience: More than three years of experience in building management or related work License: Class C or above mechanical and electrical related license (C-equipped or C-empty) Profession and skills: Have simple water and electricity repair skills, be familiar with basic paperwork and basic computer concepts
