Job Description
:The Creative Manager will be involved in supervising the entire creative process. This person will work closely with the product management, marketing and sales teams to understand the brief. This person will then work with the respective agency to drive the messaging and creative team (at an external agency) to support the organizations’ communication needs.
The communication needs revolve around the Digital sphere, from e-commerce to social media, but not limited to this area.
Think about the omni channel and consumer touchpoints – and how we create consistent messaging aligned with the Brands corporate identity.
Reporting to the Director of Global Digital Content, this role takes the creative lead for go-to-market assets with a strong emphasis on the Digital front, but still requiring to create a full set of assets for the region for each new product or for promotional/seasonal campaigns.
Responsibilities
Work activities include:
taking responsibility for the creative philosophy and the standard of output that will be used across the regiondeveloping ideas for new product introductions, advertising or promotional campaignstracking competitive developments and always creating new ways of communicating benefits and advantages of our products, never being complacent, and always finding ways to do better and be betterworking with the creative team to support the region with a full set of go-to-market assets from e-commerce product pages, online campaign pages, social media assets, 3D renders, videos for e-commerce platforms/Tik Tok/YouTube, and retailbuilding an environment for the creative team to work in and overseeing their ideas and projectspresenting to the product management, sales and marketing teams for alignment and executionoverseeing several projects from start to finish, keeping to deadlines, and signing off on these projects before they are presentedliaising with the team to keep them informed and to highlight any issuesunderstanding the commercial aspects of the business to ensure our materials communicate not just the brand and product story, but tells a story that evokes the desire to find out more and ultimately drive purchasehiring and managing the creative team.What to expect
You'll be busy working to tight deadlines and juggling multiple projects. As a creative Manager, you'll need:
to have experience on design tools (e.g. illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW,…etc.), in order to guide the designers and bring concepts to lifeat least 6 years of experience and digital materials experience especially for product pages in online purchasing platforms like Amazonpassion in the electronic products and gadgets, and interest in market trendsexcellent leadership and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to inspire the creative team to give their beststrong written and verbal communication skills, as well as presentation skills to present the concepts and ideasplenty of creative ideas and an understanding of what consumers are looking for and how the competition is communicating and ‘wowing’ the consumersan awareness of current trends in advertising and designa self-starting attitude and an open outlookresilience under pressure and against deadlinesskills in managing people, projects and resources.What you’re getting into
