Tasks

Monthly P&L reporting: Prepare reliable monthly P&L for responsible profit centers in a timely manner, including root cause analysis for main deviations to budget; Monthly KPI report: Prepare monthly KPI report, cross check the KPIs calculated by other departments, and explain the deviation to budget KPIs; Budget/MTP: Cross check the sales planning, and prepare budget and MTP for corresponding business units; Daily control: Monitoring the status of actual cost/expenses, and alert management in advance if needed; Transfer pricing: Prepare quotation for IC business, and verify quotation received from other IC parties; Profit improvement: Detecting and driven for improvements together with operation team, verify the calculation in PIP tool. Bachelor Degree or above, major in economics, Finance and business administration; More than 5 years working experiences in controlling and costing area with mechanical related companies; Be familiar with Standard cost method; Good analytic ability and ability to have deep dive for the root cost; Strong analytical and modelling capabilities; Good business sense; Ability to work well in team environment with good adaptive capability; Strong communication and presentation skill; Good knowledge of systems (SAP CO, BW, BI, HFM, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) High learning agility; Project Management Knowhow; Willingness to work independently and under pressure; Fluent in English, both written and speaking Career and personal development Cross-cultural working environment Attractive insurance coverage Canteen Parking area Coaching Training Employee benefits and discounts Employee events Profit-sharing Seniority bonus Resume, Certifications
