For our Controller team, we are looking for a business controller to help us drive mediumvoltage business within Siemens and beyond. We are a highly motivated team andare excited to get to know you.

You’ll make an impact by

lControllingActual, Forecast and Budget of R&D Projects.

lPlanningand Controlling Cost Center and allocation (hourly writing), including themonthly analysis, measure setting and tracking.

lCoordinationand discussion with the local R&D responsible for the total R&D costview and Headcount (ACT/FC/BDG) incl. transparency regarding changes, Impactand measures set.

lCoordinationwith HQ development partners and drawing up the necessary contract ininternational cooperation.

lDrivedigital transformation by adapting and involving controlling requirements toincrease transparency and impact.

lCateand plausibility business plans and EVA calculations for R&D Projects andtracking of target costs for the project.

lKnowledgein Controlling/ Factory controlling/ R&D Controlling and key figuresystems.

lSoundBusiness Knowledge

lMethods:Project planning and controlling, planning systems, analysis methods, projectmanagement

lConfidentuse of MS Office and SAP R/3, Power BI, IT affinity desirable

lProficientin English
